ORGANIZATIONAL PROFILE

Millenium Greencare Ghana (MGC) is an international environmental and community development organization in Ghana, dedicated to promoting sustainable environmental management, climate resilience, and improved livelihoods for vulnerable communities across Africa and beyond.

The organization implements innovative, community-led solutions that address community environmental challenges such as climate change, deforestation, biodiversity loss, poor waste management, and unsustainable agricultural practices. While its operations began in Ghana, Millenium Greencare Ghana works toward expanding its programs and partnerships internationally to support climate action and sustainable development in deprived communities.

MGC collaborates with local communities, youth groups, schools, traditional authorities, governments, and international development partners to deliver impactful programs that strengthen environmental stewardship and socio-economic resilience. Through education, advocacy, research, and practical interventions, the organization empowers communities to become active agents of environmental protection and sustainable development.
